Polymist® F284 is a micronized PTFE additive designed to enhance the wear resistance and lubricity of melt processable polymers. A loading of 5% - 20% F284 will typically reduce a polymer's wear factor by many orders of magnitude. Polymist F284 is suitable for use in food contact applications. It is non-hydroscopic and can be used over a wide temperature range from -190° C to +250° C. |
