ECOLOGY | In a $60 million project half-subsidized by the Japanese city of Kawasaki, Co. will feed residential and commercial plastic waste into a new facility producing ammonia. Co. will build and operate a plant that will gasify waste by burning it at temperatures exceeding 1,300 °C.
