Eni sells Texas plant Eni's Polimeri Europa unit has sold its Baytown, Texas, styrenic block copolymers plant to Taiwan's Lee Chang Yung Chemical Industry Corp. for $41 million. The plant produces styrene-butadiene-styrene and styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymers used in applications like roofing, road paving, adhesives, and footwear.
