The first library is focused on G-Protein Coupled Receptors (GPCR) and contains over 1000 well-characterised, highly diverse proprietary drug-like compounds. created through a novel process that combines De Novo’s modelling, computational design and virtual screening with Co. s proprietary chemistry and parallel synthesis capabilities. De Novo generated 15 million virtual structures, around 1000 of which were synthesized by Co. in this first collection. |
