Co. has created and patented conductive coatings with visible light transmission of 80% and a very low surface resistance when sintered at 150°C. This performance is substantially more conductive than existing ITO materials , opening new design opportunities in flexible flat panel displays, touch screens and electro luminescence. It also opens up additional opportunities as a replacement for current materials used in EMI shielding. The low temperature sintering enables the use of a wide variety of flexible, less expensive substrates (e.g., low temperature plastics). |
