* Air Products & Chemicals will supply on-site gaseous oxygen to Xinfeng Steel's plant in Tangshan in northern China and will expand liquid oxygen production in the region. To do both, Air Products will build an air separation plant and a liquefier next to the Xinfeng Steel plant by early 2005. Air Products says steel production in China is growing at close to 20% per year. |
