| ALLIANCE | CHEMICAL MECHANICAL PLANARIZATION (CMP) materials supplier Rodel Inc. has formed a strategic partnership and an exclusive long-term supply agreement with Nanophase Technologies Corp. in which the two companies will combine Rodel's chemistries with Nanophase's nanoparticle technology to develop and market new slurries.
