According to PRNewswire, OM Group, Inc., has acquired the metal organics division of Rhodia, a leading international chemical company. The acquisition encompasses Rhodia's Metal Organics businesses include two manufacturing plants in Manchester, United Kingdom and Bethlehem, PA. The acquisition complements and expands OMG's metal organics presence worldwide and adds manufacturing capabilities to produce high value added specialty chemicals.
