A laptop powered by borohydride? Millennium Cell and Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology will collaborate on hydrogen storage technology for portable computers and communications devices. Millennium's Hydrogen-on-Demand system stores hydrogen in aqueous sodium borohydride for use in fuel cells. The companies want to develop a fuel-cell system that can supply more energy to electronic devices than rechargeable batteries using the same space and weight.
