least one annealing step at 500-600C for 0.1-10 hours so as
to cause nanocrystals to form, wherein before the crystalli
zation heat treat., a relaxation heat treat. is carried out at T
< the T for onset of recrystallization of amorphous alloy
Wherein the relaxation heat treat. is a T hold carried out for 0.1-10 hours at 250-480C
