An ink jet print head comprising a polymeric nozzle plate having an inner layer of phenolic butyral, ink passage ways connected to nozzles of said plate, & a Si contg substrate, said passage ways formed by subjecting a layer of radiation curable resin compn coated on said substrate to exposure of radiation in a pattern to cure said compn in said pattern to thereby form a cured region of said compn, said cured region thereby being bonded on one side of said cured region to Si substrate, & removing the uncured resin compn region from said layer, said radiation curable resin compn comprising - Difunctional first epoxy compd (10-20 %) - Multifunctional second crosslinking epoxy compd (< 4.5 %) - Cationic photoinitiator (1-10 %) - Nonphotoreactive solvent (20-90 %) Wherein first epoxy compd is a diglycidyl ether of Bisphenol A |
