TP structure comprising (1) skin layer selected from PP etc., (2) radio frequency susceptible layer adhered to (1) having a dielectric loss > 0.05 at 1-60 MHz & at T of room T - 250C comprising (a) PP (b) Ethylene copolymer (c) Radio frequency susceptible polymer selected from polyamide etc (d) First compatibilizing agent of styrene & hydrocarbon block copolymer Wherein the said bi-layer structure has a mechanical modulus of < 40,000 psi when measured according to ASTM D-882, the optical haze of structure processed into a film 9 mils in thickness measured in accordance to ASTM D-1003 is < 30%, the structure exhibits no strain whitening after being strained at moderate speeds of 20 inches/min to about twice the original length & the structure is capable of storing or collecting beneficial agents or transferring such agents to a patient, the structure has a sample creep measured at 121C for a sample strip of the structure under 27 psi loading of < 60%, & wherein the stracture is capable of being thermo plastically recycled |
