A release agent delivery & particle capture device for fuser system of an electrostatic printing machine comprising support &
(a) Textile fabric on support, said fabric being formed by plurality of textile fibers, said fibers including plurality of textile fiber surface portions forming a surface of said textile fabric & plurality of textile fabric interstices, said interstices extending into said textile fabric from said surface of textile fabric
(b) Discontinuous coating of fluorocarbon particles on surface portions of said textile fibers, said coating providing unimpeded access between textile fabric interstices & surface of textile fabric
