Train rail support member produced by process (a) Selectively distinguishing waste tires, waste plastics, waste phenolic resins & waste fibers from industrial waste materials, said materials including waste rubber contg tires, waste synthetic resins contg plastics, phenolic resins & vinyls, waste fibers, waste timbers, waste paper, waste plant straws, waste shells of shellfish & waste shells of clams (b) Disintegrating said waste tires, said plastics & said phenolic resins in super low T cooling method, & disintegrating said waste fibers in an appropriate size by using a scutcher (c) Pouring the disintegrated waste materials in a compn having said waste tires (40-80%), said waste fibers (20-30%), said waste olastics (5-30%) & said waste phenolic resins (10-30%) into a molding machine & melting & molding the waste materials in a mold at T 150-300C & pressure 150-3,000 tons (d) Cooling the molded fiber resin composite fiber at T 40-70C & at pressure < 500-800 tons
