Method of mfg soap mass that can produce a soap bar that is resistant to cracking, method comprising - Combining Tallow (60-85%); Coconut oil (10-40%); & Fatty acid (15-35%) to form soap blend - Pre-heating said blend - Reacting said pre-heated blend with NaOH to produce an incompletely saponified neat soap having 1-3% of unreacted triglycerides & 5-10% glycerin - Drying said soap to produce soap mass comprising moisture (10-15%) |
