A process for removing leukocyte from soln. which compri ses using an apparatus which comprises - (1) Feed opening - (2) Filter material which is composed of a porous element having an av. pore diam. of 1-100 micro.m & fiber structure having an av. fiber diam. 0.01-1.0 micro.m kept on the porous element & which has a porosity of 50-95% & in which filter material the keeping proportion of the fiber structure to the filter material is 0.01-30% by wt., the ratio between the av. pore diam. of the porous element to the av. fiber diam. of the fiber structure is 2-2,000 & the fiber structure forms a reticula te structure - (3) Discharging opening Pouring the leukocyte-contg soln to (1); & recovering liquid filtered by (2) from (3) |
