Compn using a fluid polymer suspension comprising in ad-mixt personal care ingredient & stable fluid suspension of - Water soluble polysaccharide selected from: Methylhydro xypropylcellulose, Methylhydroxyethylcellulose, Methyl cellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose or Hydrophobically modi fied hydroxyethylcellulose - In aq carrier fluid comprising aq soln of salt in which the polysaccharide does not swell Where the aq carrier fluid has the measured properties of - Rendering the polymer(s) insoluble, resulting in a cloudy dispersion - Limiting the swelling of insolubilized polymer(s), leading to a polymer sediment vol of 1-15% of polymer dispersion - Preventing phase sepn for > 1 week |
