An active compd.-contg powder, granule or pellet, comprising a dispersion of at least one active compd or active compd having poor absorbability in vivo in a matrix which includes a structure-forming agent comprising hydrophilic polymers which are selected from the group consisting of collagen, gelatin, fractionated gelatin, collagen hydrolyzates, succinylated gelatin, plant proteins, plant protein hydrolyzates, elastin hydrolyzates & mixt thereof, which is prepd by process - Dissolving a structure-forming agent comprising hydrophi lic polymer selected (see above) in aq or aq.-organic solvent - Dispersing the active compd - Adding the mixt dropwise to deeply-cooled easily eva porable liquid & thus forming powders, granules or pellets - Drying the powders etc., by evaporation or sublimation of the solvent in customary manner |
