Process for purifying C6F5 B compd from crude mixt compri sed of said compd & impurities, the compd being selected from: bis C6F5 B compd., tris C6F5 B compd., & tetrakis C6F5 B compd., the impurities at least comprised of an ether & water - Mixing the crude mixt with an azeotropic organic solvent which (i) is capable of azeotrope formation with water & (ii) has a boiling point above that of the ether - Distilling resulting soln - Cooling the distilled soln so that a ppcc comprised of the C6F5 B compd & having water content < 1000 ppm is formed |
