Process for sepn SF6 from CO2 - Contacting a feed gas stream comprising SF6 & CO2 with first membrane in first membrane sepn unit at conditions effective to obtain a first retentate stream rich in SF6 & first permeate stream rich in CO2 - Contacting said first retentate stream with a second mem brane in a second membrane sepn unit at conditions effective to obtain second retentate stream rich in SF6 & second permeate stream depleted in SF6 - Contacting said second retentate stream with a third mem brane in third membrane sepn unit at conditions effective to obtain a third retentate stream rich in SF6 & third permea te stream depleted in SF6 - Recycling at least a portion of third permeate stream to said feed gas stream or said first retentate stream or both |
