Mfg process of cellulose soln with low visc.: - Adding a predetermined amount of cellulose & polymn anti-decay additive into a mixing chamber - Fully mixing a main solvent, N-Me morpholine oxide, with an an additional solvent, N-methylolcaprolactam, in a prede termined wt proportion to produce a cellulose solvent - Evenly mixing a predetermined amount of said cellulose solvent, predetermined amount of water, said cellulose & said polymn anti-decay additive in said mixing chamber to form a cellulose slurry, wherein pulp fibers of said pulp cellulose are fully swelled - Evaporating said water in said cellulose slurry by a film type evaporator, wherein a predetermined amount of said water is removed from said cellulose slurry, a cellulose soln with low visc. is produced |
