Method for detecting HLA Ab in blood of mammal, which Ab are reactive with donor tissue from donor - Isolating lymphocytes from donor - Enzymatically digesting Fcgamma R receptors of said lym phocytes & maintaining treated lymphocytes under condi tions which suppress regeneration of said receptors - Combining said treated lymphocytes with sera from said mammal & conjugating any Ab-bound material with a fluore scent reporting agent to obtain a test sample - Subjecting rest sample to flow cytometry cross-matching to obtain an image of detected fluorescence & analyzing said image to determine presence of HLA's Ab |
